kvarterti asked: So you wouldn't press the button? And would not having depression/anxiety make you 'normal'? And doesn't it get in the way of things you'd like to be doing? I ask because I've always been normal, as you say, I suppose.

I have no desire to control my mental illness
I love being crazy. Often I wish I were a little crazier. I hate being depressed and anxious and all of that, but I love that I am that. I don’t want to lose that. I don’t want to be normal.

hanaphylactic: toofuckingfunny: discoverwhoiam: Forever Alone. But how many people are using tumblr right now? Or how many people are wishing they had a million cats? How many people are forever alone? Yup. Bazinga. I just wanted this gif. Also, right now 1400 people worldwide are being annoyed by baseless “statistics”.

Hospital saves woman’s life; is told by Catholic... →
socalfeminist: dr-grumbles: rosietint: Now, Bishop Thomas Olmstead of the Diocese has written a letter to the hospital in which he doesn’t deny that the procedure saved the woman’s life, but nevertheless deems it morally wrong and asks the hospital to promise that a life-saving abortion “will never occur again at St. Joseph’s Hospital.” That’s right: A religious leader wants a hospital to...

inflatablenerd: Emma - Jane Austen This one’s tricky, because it depends on the company you’re with, but generally everyone hates Jane Austen. Remember to dismiss it as shallow feminism still steeped in patriarchal traditions, and not just “Man, Jane Austen really needed to get laid.” The House Of Leaves -…

It may also be important to recognise the path you go on, to see how your thoughts change, all of that, but mostly I feel there’s no point trying to get rid of the past. I have said some dumb things in my time. Much of what I once believed I now don’t. Some of...

Jesus, can we please just stop with the judging!
Some people have and enjoy casual sex. Some don’t. Some people practice a religious belief. Some don’t. Some people think that rickrolling is hilarious. Some don’t. Saying one subjective choice is preferable to another is fucking dumb. So dearest internet, please, just quit the judgmental bullshit.
